Full Bloom

by Jose Castillo and Miel Villamor

Florals for spring. We know, groundbreaking. But floral prints have come back big time this season in an un-ignorable deluge of petals and pastels. Designers like Dolce & Gabbana, Prabal Gurung, and Matthew Williamson are only a few of the many top designers who’ve offered their version of the ever-popular look.

Even A-list celebs like Kirsten Dunst, Anne Hathaway, and Venus Raj (to name a few) have all been spotted wearing flowery frocks whilst out about town or on the red carpet. See for yourself!

Which is why we decided to hunt around the city and pick out some of the best floral pieces at perfectly affordable prices that you can get now and save for the coming summer season. QUICK TIP: You want to look chic, not cheesy, so don’t place all your flowers in one basket, so to speak. Avoid piling on the prints together at once, but rather use them to add color, texture, or another layer.
