As one of MEGA's Best in Show designers for the Holiday season, Xernan Orticio proves that he deserves his spot in the industry.
After producing immaculate white ensembles last Fashion Week, we continue to see some similar silhouettes in his Spring/Summer 2012 offering. Much like last time, there is a strong Asian influence which we love. But this time around, he integrated familiar lines from his previous collection with a pop of hot pink. Sharp details and exquisite tailoring is clearly evident in every single piece.
We cannot say enough good things about Xernan Orticio, and while we were floored to see his creations come out on the runway, we have to admit that we were looking forward to seeing so much more.
Ten pieces sure weren't enough for someone who has made a huge impact last time, which definitely goes to show that we aren't the only ones looking forward to seeing more from Xernan (maybe a full collection perhaps?) next time.
Here are our three favorite looks from his Spring Summer collection:

We simply adore the lines of this sleeveless waistcoat!

The hot pink lapel on this blazer not only complements the unique detail on the skirt, you can easily wear this with something in your closet

An edgy version of a cocktail dress that adds drama in all the right places
Although we already know that Xernan is on his way to make it big, we just wish we could see more of his designs soon!
